OSA (Organic Soil Activator) is rich in organic substances, amino acid, trace elements, and soil probiotics. The purpose of OSA is to encourage the spontaneous metabolism of the soil environment, and then to further enrich the soil diversity and the food chain.
OSA is very different from the organic liquid fertilizers on the market. It can encourage the growth of plantings, improve the quality, protect the soil, and especially enhance the potential of the soil sustainability.
How OSA is produced?
【The Sources of Material】
Two essential elements contributing to the success of OSA are as follows: one is the bacteria source. Due to the importance of the local adaption, our group use agricultural wastes to extract dominant and disease-resistant bacteria that we need, and then cultivate the dominant flora by the anaerobic fermentation process until it becomes the soil probiotic. Another is that the materials used in the fermentation process are natural and harmless.
【Methods and Procedures】
Selected organic materials are firstly fermented and decomposed by good microbes, and next balanced nutrients are added. OSA is produced under the rigid quality control. In order to ensure the quality, we adopt the continuous fermentation which is suitable for the materials with lower concentration, but the method brings larger production. Moreover, the conditions of the operation control are relatively strict to maintain the quality.
【Culture Processes】
Our major manufacturing method is the continuous culture which undergoes the anaerobic fermentation process. The pH value, the OPR value and the temperature are all under automatic monitoring. The production of hydrogen is the best indicator. When the production of hydrogen remains steady, OSA can be stably produced. Take a 100 L fermenter for example. The normal productivity can reach to 200 L per day. If the mass culture is required, the productivity will be raised to 2000 L per day with a 1000 L fermenter. The upmost productivity can reach up to 6000 L per day.
